Welcome To Pacific Rim Aviation AMO

Our Team

Dale Floyd - AME/Directory of Maintenance - Dale has been maintaining and flying aircraft for 34 years.  A “West Coast” guy, he grew up on Vancouver Island and has worked in the area for most of his career.  Not only is he experienced on most light aircraft but has endorsements on heavy turbo-prop and wide body jets.  In addition to his maintenance experience he has also accumulated over 10,000 hours as a pilot.

Ryan Idiens - AME - 6 years experience - Having worked in the automotive industry for a number of years, Ryan decided to make the switch to aviation.  He has since gained extensive experience on both piston and turbine aircraft.

Graeme Rogers - AME - 10 years experience - Graeme grew up in Montreal (yes he’s a habs fan) and has been on the West Coast for the last 15 years.  He has extensive experience on a wide variety of Cessna, Piper, DeHavilland and other piston and turbine powered aircraft.

George Imada - Welder - George is a local guy who is an avid dirt bike rider who also raced in his younger days.  An extremely accomplished welder, he has been welding aircraft parts for over 20 years.

Tom Lindsay - Structures Engineer/AME - Tom learned how to fly through the Air Cadets in the 60’s and the passion never left him.  Deciding to change careers in the 80’s he chose aircraft structures and hasn’t looked back.  With his experience, any structures job, from float repairs to major modifications on large jets, are routine.
